Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Facilities Support Specialist for the Long Beach Amphitheater to oversee daily maintenance and the physical condition of the venue. You will ensure high standards across building systems and event infrastructure to support safe, smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in multi-use facility maintenance with supervisory experience and hands-on HVAC/electrical proficiency, plus a drive to uphold safety and guest satisfaction during events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a multi-use facility, arena, or similar environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and the physical condition of the facility.
• Support maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing.
• Coordinate event-related setup needs including electrical, water, and air services.
• Monitor building systems during events for safety and functionality.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and repair parts.
