Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Concessions Supervisor for on-site work at the Long Beach Amphitheater. You will supervise event-day concessions staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliant alcohol service while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced venue environment, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of event staff.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety.
• Ensure all cash handling and alcohol service procedures are properly documented and enforced.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash controls.
• Conduct physical inventory audits, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations as needed.
