The Warehouse Supervisor provides on-site support, ensuring smooth concessions, vendor, portable, and in-seat service operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accurate inventory management.

The role involves managing warehouse processes, coordinating with Purchasing, and assisting with loading dock organization during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years warehouse experience.
• Experience operating power tools and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willingness to work long hours during events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Maintenance and Operations Warehouse adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist with organizing equipment needed for events and prepare equipment for distribution and transport.
• Inspect all equipment upon return and report any damage.
• Propose, implement, and maintain proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials across building storage areas.
• Use bids for pricing to maintain low costs and ensure proper quantities.
