Legends Global in Lansing, MI is seeking a Facilities Foreperson to supervise daily maintenance, coordinate trades, and ensure venues are safe, clean, and event-ready. You will lead facilities staff, manage work orders, and work closely with venue operations during events and emergencies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and basic technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise facilities staff and assign daily work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Ensure venues are set up and restored before, during, and after events.
• Maintain records of inspections and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Legends Global policies.
