Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of building services experience, including one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial workers and others.
• Operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, pressure vessels, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine building maintenance duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building operations standards.
