Job summary

EPC, Inc. is seeking a Facility Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our facility in Stafford, TX. The role requires leadership of production and operations teams and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with the Facility Manager, and driving continuous improvement across processes. Starting salary is $55,000 with experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in a warehouse, production, distribution, or similar operational environment.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and operational demands while making sound decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Ability to meet scheduling and availability requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions including walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Manager in the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Act as the acting Facility Manager when needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supervisors and staff.
• Oversee production and operational areas to meet KPIs.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Monitor performance and provide timely feedback.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Handle hiring, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and reviews.
• Assist with training and inventory control.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and respond to emergencies as needed.
