Job summary

Executive-Personal-Computers, Inc. in Stafford, TX is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to support day-to-day facility operations.

You will assist the Facility Manager, supervise staff, and help maintain productivity, safety, and KPI targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires at least three years in operations with supervisory experience, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in a warehouse/production/distribution environment.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with the Facility Manager and other departments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead staff and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee production and operational KPIs for productivity and quality.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safety standards are followed and enforced.
• Provide training and development to supervisors and staff.
• Support inventory control and physical inventory processes.
