Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the overall condition and functionality of district facilities. You will coordinate daily custodial operations, supervise repairs, and ensure spaces are safe, clean, and operational.

You will lead a custodial crew, schedule tasks, and work with the Portfolio Manager to align maintenance with district priorities. The role requires hands-on maintenance, equipment operation, and safety compliance across buildings.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Previous lead or supervisory custodial/maintenance experience.
• Associates degree or technical credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial and maintenance functions across facilities.
• Schedule and supervise custodial staff and ensure safety protocols.
• Operate cleaning and basic maintenance equipment; maintain floors and grounds.
• Inspect and report repairs; coordinate with Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure building security and safety, including fire extinguishers and alarms.
• Order supplies and manage painting and minor repairs.
• Maintain HVAC-related tasks and grounds maintenance.
