This role acts as the primary liaison among the client, property management, building engineering, IT, and third-party vendors, driving safety, reliability, and timely resolution of issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management or corporate workplace services.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Experience managing work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with BMS, CMMS, and service-ticketing platforms.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and workplace infrastructure.
• Manage full work order lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Monitor conditions and address issues affecting comfort or operations.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
