Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our Simi Valley site to manage daily operations, vendor relations, and maintenance activities. You will track work orders, support moves and events, and work with the Facilities team to deliver a safe, efficient workplace for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in facilities coordination, workplace operations, property management, or related role.
• OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety codes.
• Experience with vendor management and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders in the CMMS; meet SLAs and track KPIs.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and document results.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors; issue POs and supervise on-site work.
• Maintain safety, insurance, and COI records.
• Support moves, space planning, and seating changes.
