Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Technical certificates in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge in facilities maintenance management.
• Expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance/repair.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics/blueprints.
• Experience using CMMS software (HxGN or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Equipment Maintenance team to maximize productivity.
• Apply expertise in repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance work performed.
• Ensure staff comply with safety regulations and proper tool use.
• Exercise judgment and negotiate in difficult situations.
• Support Facilities functions as needed.
• Oversee hiring, performance, and training to meet goals.
