Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for its Simi Valley site to oversee daily operation of buildings, services, and infrastructure. You will coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, track work orders, and support moves, events, and safety compliance.

This onsite role partners with the Facilities team to deliver a safe, efficient, and exceptional employee and visitor experience, including site responsibilities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2–5 years in facilities coordination, workplace operations, property management, or related role.
• Certifications (preferred): OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR.
• Knowledge: basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor activities and safety compliance.
• Support building operations, inspections, and life safety equipment maintenance.
• Assist with moves, space planning, and occupancy data.
• Track expenses and reconcile invoices; maintain SOPs and playbooks.
