Job summary

Acelero Learning, Inc. seeks an Operations & Facilities Coordinator to support the Director of Operations and management team across PA Philadelphia. You’ll manage service tickets, coordinate with technicians and contractors, maintain emergency plans, and provide admin support for the operations group.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of customer service experience, database and ticketing system familiarity, and project management skills. Travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or HSED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required; in a large office environment, or supporting multiple locations, or in a school is a plus.
• Experience using databases required; use of a ticketing portal or scheduling software preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) preferred but not required.
• Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Director of Operations to develop and uphold operational procedures and projects.
• Acts as first contact for service tickets, emails, and facility requests across locations.
• Establishes and prioritizes work orders in the ticketing system and assigns to technicians.
• Provides reports on open/closed work orders and monitors status with technicians.
• Coordinates with contractors to ensure proper completion of work; emergency planning.
• Maintains vendor lists, contracts, and inventory; supports admin tasks for the Operations team.
