Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking an Account Coordinator to support day-to-day facilities operations. You will review, process, and manage work orders across internal and client systems, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and clear communication with teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

This role emphasizes strong attention to detail, proactive tracking of progress, and reporting of operational activity to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in facilities services, operations coordination, dispatch, or admin support.
• Experience with work order management systems or client service platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders for accuracy, completeness, and scope.
• Enter, update, and maintain work orders per company standards.
• Monitor client portals for new requests, updates, and actions required.
• Prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency, SLAs, and expectations.
• Track work orders through lifecycle and ensure documentation is captured.
• Communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors regarding scheduling and status.
