Job summary

EchoStar’s Facilities team keeps our campuses safe, functional, and accessible for daily operations. The role covers proactive inspections, office moves, and routine repairs while maintaining tools, supplies, and badge systems to support seamless site activities.

You’ll collaborate across departments, respond to emergencies, and leverage AI productivity tools to optimize scheduling, inventory, and maintenance logs while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 months of maintenance experience.
• Hands-on use of standard repair tools and basic equipment knowledge.
• Familiarity with Google Suite or MS Office and access management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance, repairs, and office moves while keeping spaces tidy.
• Conduct proactive inspections to identify repairs early and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools with accurate records.
• Provide reception and badging coverage; coordinate site access and updates.
• Respond quickly to facility emergencies and support cross-department needs.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline scheduling, inventory, and maintenance logs.
