LAUKOA in Washington, DC, seeks a Facility Operations Specialist in Support of Workplace Design to lead space planning, furniture management, and building operations for a multi-site environment. You will coordinate with Building Management Office and O&M teams to ensure timely occupancy and efficient space utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in facilities or relocation, with AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Facility Management / Project Management.
• 3+ years in relocation / move industry.
• 3+ years in furniture / interior design projects.
• AutoCAD experience preferred; MS Office skills required.
• PM/Program Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve matters about furniture, custodial, equipment, security, and safety.
• Manage facility requests with Building Management Office and staff.
• Inspect and oversee building repairs and custodial needs.
• Provide move oversight and management for relocations.
• Develop SOWs, estimates, and scopes for office functions and services.
• Plan, program, schedule, and inspect space management projects.
• Create CAD layouts for office space and furniture plans.
