Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to execute space management, occupancy planning, and campus operations in Denver. You will coordinate tenant systems, support construction and repair projects, and work with vendors to keep facilities compliant and efficient.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A 9/80 schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Execution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system.
• Coordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenance.
• Administrative support to facility improvement or repair projects.
• Coordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services.
• Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events.
• Coordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlord.
• Collaborates with Security, IT, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance and support audits.
• Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution.
• Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiency.
