LAUKOA is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to support workplace design initiatives in Washington DC under a federal government contract. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and to manage space planning, equipment, and custodial oversight across regions.

You will coordinate relocations, inspect building conditions, and develop SOWs for renovations and furniture projects, leveraging CAD and space-management tools to optimize facilities utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Facility Management or Project Management.
• 3+ years in relocation/move industry.
• 3+ years in furniture interior design projects.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• PM/Program Manager Certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Resolve matters regarding furniture custodial equipment security and safety.
• Manage facilities requests with Building Management Office and O&M staff.
• Provide inspection and oversight for building repairs and custodial needs.
• Provide move oversight for relocation at Central Office and Fort Lauderdale.
• Develop SOWs for office and furniture projects.
