Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro seeks an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Accounting team at the Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. This office-based role handles ServiceChannel work orders, invoices, and data integrity while collaborating with Restaurants, Vendors and Corporate teams.

The position requires 2+ years in facilities coordination, experience with ServiceChannel or similar systems, and strong Excel/IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, facilities management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, system administration, accounts payable, restaurant operations, or a related function preferred.
• Experience with ServiceChannel or another facilities/work-order management system preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and similar business applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices, and other activity; identify exceptions and take corrective action.
• Review and process NTE adjustments, IVR exceptions, work-order status corrections, and related workflow issues.
• Create, update, and close work orders and ensure system information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor aging work orders and proposals and follow up with restaurants, vendors, and management as needed.
• Maintain ServiceChannel user access, permissions, restaurant information, vendor information, and other system data.
• Provide first-level ServiceChannel support to restaurant operators, vendors, Facilities, Accounting, IT, and other users.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and vendors to research invoice discrepancies, resolve billing exceptions, and support timely invoice processing.
• Work with Facilities, Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve ServiceChannel workflows, system functionality, and data accuracy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting related to work orders, aging, NTE activity, proposals, invoices, vendors, and restaurant activity.
• Provide ServiceChannel training and guidance to restaurant operators, vendors, and new team members.
• Support Facilities projects, including restaurant openings, remodels, and other initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
