Job summary

P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our office-based team. You will manage invoices, travel and expense programs, and corporate card administration while upholding policy and accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years of AP or travel/expense experience, strong communication, and detail-oriented collaboration within a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in accounts payable, travel and expense, or corporate card administration.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Experience with travel platforms such as Amex GBT, Workday or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the corporate travel program, online booking tool, travel and expense reporting platform, and corporate card programs.
• Monitor travel and corporate card activity for policy compliance and communicate required corrective actions.
• Audit restaurant payables for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Process payment runs and assist with monthly close activities.
• Respond to and resolve questions from internal customers and vendors.
• Build positive, professional relationships with vendors and team members throughout the organization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
