Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience supporting customers and skilled trade team members in building operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of institutional building system types and maintenance issues.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate work across multiple trades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent oral and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications (Planon or similar).
• Professional certification such as CMRP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Look ahead across the maintenance portfolio to plan and sequence upcoming work across shops.
• Partner with Shop Supervisors to develop weekly and longer-range schedules.
• Scope, estimate, and prepare work in advance with tasks, labor hours, and materials.
• Identify and remove barriers to prevent delays in scheduled work.
• Maintain the priority system for 24/7 emergency response and scheduled work.
