Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities across multiple building systems.
• Maintain asset management records, schedules, and inspections.
• Estimate labor, materials, and resources for preventive/corrective work.
• Communicate with faculty, staff, contractors, and stakeholders on priorities.
• Generate reports on work orders, costs, and performance for optimization.
• Serve as SME for EAM/CMMS systems and train users.
