Job summary

Next Phase Enterprises is seeking a Facilities Manager to keep our spaces safe, welcoming, and running efficiently for our team and partners. You will own facilities operations, capital planning, and vendor management, with a focus on safety and cost control.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property, or building operations, and a proactive, people‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment. Employment is full‑time with benefits and quarterly incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or similar.
• Experience coordinating budgets and deadlines.
• Experience managing vendors and repair projects.
• Experience coordinating renovations or major building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities; maintain preventive maintenance schedules and track completion.
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workspace changes as headcount changes.
• Develop annual facilities capital expenditure budget and related project recommendations.
• Review expenses, perform repair-versus-replacement analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
