Job summary

StoneRidge in Mystic, CT is seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator to support facilities services, safety inspections and work-order administration. You will be the main intake for staff and resident requests and assist with move-ins, coordinating IT and maintenance tasks on site.

Role involves budgeting collaboration, capital project support, and ensuring HIPAA and safety compliance in a collaborative team environment at StoneRidge.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of CCRCs, Healthcare settings and Memory Care facilities.
• Knowledge of Amazon Business.
• Proficient with various accounting processes.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer skills and aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Input requests into the WorxHub work order system for Staff and Resident concerns.
• Handle direct communication with residents and families regarding work order statuses and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for IT, maintenance and grounds technicians.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of special projects.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors’ access to apartments when necessary.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, accounts payable, resident billing, shipping and receiving.
