• 3-5+ years in facilities management, office operations, or purchasing coordination.
• Experience managing purchasing and inventory processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility needs for the SRB building, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and space needs with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage purchasing for supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs; consolidate purchasing across three buildings to reduce costs.
• Oversee mailroom operations and ensure timely delivery of internal/external correspondence.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with negotiating and managing service contracts.
• Develop standardized processes for purchasing, mail management and facility support; identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations and company policies.
