You will manage office workflows, supervise on-site staff, and implement efficient processes while ensuring compliance with HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and related standards. The role involves site logistics, inventory control, and coordination with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience in a medical office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with eCW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient flow and center activity to optimize efficiency.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and training.
• Supervise front desk, Medical Assistant, and Clinical Assistant functions.
• Manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Oversee inventory orders and maintain usage logs.
• Ensure compliance with HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other standards.
• Audit timesheets before payroll and communicate with the General Manager.
