Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead site services and staff across a telecommunications client account. You will drive efficient operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with vendors to optimize service delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting and compliance skills, with a focus on facility performance and customer satisfaction on-site at our Little Rock, AR location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of third-party commercial integrated facilities management experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, waste & recycling, and pest control programs
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing with some roofing and BAS familiarity
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with financial acumen to manage budgets

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems
• Analyze trends and use data to address issues proactively
• Interfacing with client senior management, vendors, and internal teams
• Use data and analytics to communicate solutions and make decisions
• Conduct planned site inspections to assure service quality
• Develop and implement startup plans and schedules for projects
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous service improvements
• Maintain contract compliance and quality control
• Prepare detailed operation budgets and regular/ad-hoc reports
