Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and supervisory teams across all shifts and develop standardized procedures.
• Oversee multiple trades and projects, including HVAC, electrical, and building maintenance.
• Prepare and manage P&L statements, quotes, and cost estimates for large commercial projects.
• Coordinate with client facilities management, vendors, and department heads to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance schedules and staffing plans to optimize utilization.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with Safety Management to enforce health regulations.
