Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Account Director in delivering high‑quality services. You will lead the plant operations team, oversee maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, and financial performance under the Master Services Agreement.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management, strong leadership in matrixed environments, and proficiency with CMMS/Work

Qualifications

5+ years in facility management, plant operations, or maintenance supervision.
Experience managing budgets and personnel in matrixed organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the plant operations team and ensure programs run efficiently.
Maintain regulatory compliance, safety, and quality assurance.
Monitor financial performance and reporting; manage budgets.
Oversee vendor performance and off-hours coverage as needed.
Ensure staff is trained and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
Ensure building systems comply with NFPA standards and local regulations.
