Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities operations teams.
• Ability to manage capital projects and operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee staff development.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, assign tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variances.
• Perform facilities inspections and suggest improvements and upgrades.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review vendor quotes and manage procurement of parts and services.
• Provide training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
