INTERSTATE PREMIER SERVICES CORP is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities at client sites, ensuring high standards of cleaning and safety. The role involves coordinating teams, scheduling projects, maintaining supplies, and reporting progress to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of janitorial management experience, strong budget and staff-development skills, and proficiency with Word and Outlook. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in janitorial/commercial cleaning.
• Prior floor experience preferred.
• Experience managing a janitorial team with motivation, coaching, and development.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities at assigned sites, ensuring clean offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, and public spaces.
• Plan, organize, and direct staff to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform special project work for buildings.
• Communicate with home office to improve operations and employee experience.
• Supervise janitorial staff and report to Director on a weekly basis.
