Job summary

IH Services Inc is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee an assigned account, manage and train the team, and regularly inspect the building to meet customer expectations. The role emphasizes safety, ongoing training, and hands-on leadership across the contract.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, conducting quality audits, training staff, and adapting to customer needs while maintaining contracted standards and performance. This is a full-time, on-site management position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in janitorial or housekeeping.
• Knowledge about floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, etc.).
• Ability to perform at the highest level with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Train and deploy a capable work force
• Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately
• Ensure all contracted work and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently
• Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs
• Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operation.
