Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally or in writing to meet facility goals.
• Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload, and performance results.
• Monitor expenses against budget and asset utilization; review business reports.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; identify training needs.
• Oversee maintenance department operations, equipment, and safety regulations.
