• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards through training and policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns with corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties and providing feedback.
