• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team.
• 1 year supervisory experience with managing workload and development of employees.

• Oversee daily maintenance department operations and ensure safe, compliant performance.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet facility goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, OSHA, NFPA, and regulatory requirements.
