Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton - Dallas/DeSoto in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff and ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

The role requires experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades, EPA Type I certification, and a valid driver’s license. You may be on call and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades; specialization required.
• EPA Type I certification for refrigerant reclamation/charging is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and safe driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance staff and safety practices.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Inspect and ensure fire and life safety systems compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with vendors for quotes and cost estimates; track spending.
• Train and develop maintenance staff and conduct performance evaluations.
