Job summary

Desoto Group Inc is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Senior Activity Center. The role involves scheduling staff, coordinating programs, managing membership registrations, and ensuring facilities are well maintained to support community activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years in recreation center operations with two years in a supervisory role, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience in recreation center operations with at least two (2) years in a supervisor role.
• Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience; and
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Senior Activity Center by creating staff schedules based on operational needs of the facilities, assigning tasks to Recreation Coordinator and part-time employees, resolving issues at the Senior Activity Center and submitting requests for facility maintenance issues.
