The position involves handling invoices, purchase requests, budgeting support, and tracking of maintenance activities with strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills.

• Prepare and maintain files and records of invoices and purchases.
• Request bids from vendors to obtain best prices.
• Fill out purchase requests and prepare for signatures.
• Build spreadsheets for maintenance tracking and cost analysis.
• Provide updates on work orders to departments.
• Receive, assign, and track progress of work orders.
• Track warehouse stock levels of supplies.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation.
• Track expenses for budget using Springbrook.
