Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years in facilities/operations.
• Staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management experience preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set clear expectations.
• Strong leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and team impact.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; advanced math for budgeting.
• Valid driver's license required; FM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan daily team activities; assign tasks; ensure deadlines and staffing needs.
• Coordinate repairs/maintenance with techs, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage capital projects and operating budgets; track variances.
• Perform facility inspections; suggest improvements and efficiencies.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review quotes and manage procurement of parts, services, and labor.
• Provide training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and align team objectives.
