Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years related in Facilities Management leadership or Project Management.
• Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, direction, and development of the facilities maintenance team to ensure repairs and maintenance align with company goals.
• Continuous improvement of facilities maintenance processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for facilities capital projects, prioritizing safety and funding tracking.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal customers to execute projects per goals.
• Act as SME to propose alternatives for operations, projects, and processes.
• Create and track metrics for Facilities Management and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead contractor/vendor selection and maintain vendor relationships for quality and safety.
