Job summary

Foley Equipment in Wichita, KS seeks a hands-on Yard Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of Yard Coordinators and keep our equipment yard running smoothly and safely. This role combines leadership with daily yard operations and customer support.

You will direct activities, enforce safety and quality standards, perform weekly asset inventories, coordinate shipping/receiving, and travel to assist at other locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating day-to-day yard operations.
• Strong communication with managers, employees, and customers.
• Basic repair or diagnostic experience with equipment.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar and allied equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of yard coordinators and assign duties.
• Monitor safety and quality compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Train yard staff and identify maintenance needs; initiate repairs.
• Perform weekly inventory audits of sales and rental assets.
• Manage shipping and receiving for the location.
• Assist customers with product and equipment inquiries.
• Oversee fuel processes and yard organization; support sale/rental prep.
• Travel to support training or assist at other Foley locations.
