Foley Industries in Kansas is seeking a seasoned manager to lead the Foley Power Solutions department. You will manage annual budgets, develop business plans, and drive profitability while growing parts personnel and maintaining a safe work environment.

The role includes travel for training and support at other locations, with a preference for candidates who bring management experience, P&L expertise, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• More than three years’ experience in a related field.
• Previous management experience.
• Profit/loss management.
• Ability to empower and develop employees.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for business purposes.
