Job summary

Foley Equipment in Kansas and Western Missouri seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to lead facilities management across the Foley facility assets, guiding project management, repair and maintenance activities, and capital planning.

You will supervise the facilities maintenance team, drive safety and standards, improve processes, and manage scope, schedule, and budget for capital projects while partnering with architects, engineers and vendors to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• CFM certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices and applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance team and develop employees; own repair and maintenance processes.
• Improve facilities maintenance processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for facilities capital projects with safety as a priority.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal customers to align projects with goals.
• Act as SME to propose alternatives for operations and project improvements.
• Create and track metrics; communicate with stakeholders and customers.
• Lead vendor selection and maintain relationships to ensure quality and delivery.
• Ensure Foley sites meet quality and standards through audits.
• Oversee the facilities ticketing system (Fexa) and Paragon data integrity.
• Provide input for long-term capital needs and budgeting.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and work with Director of Facilities on standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and travel as needed.
