Job summary

Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant Administrator to support the Administrator in overseeing resident care, facility operations, budget, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will lead staff, coordinate risk management, safety, and policy implementation while promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and quality care across the center.

• Participate in policy development, interpretation, and implementation set forth by the company.
• Provision of resource services and follow-up on recommendations to meet patient and staff needs.
