Job summary

Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Administrator to support the Executive Director in daily operations and compliance across CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and state licensure. You will help oversee staffing, budgeting, and document management while promoting high-quality resident care.

The role includes supervising department heads, ensuring survey readiness, and participating in care planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Current or eligible for NHA license per state regulations.
• 1–3+ years in long-term care or healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations alongside the Administrator.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA and licensing.
• Supervise department heads and support staff performance.
• Assist with survey readiness and respond to inspections/ complaints.
• Support QAPI initiatives and budgeting/financial reporting.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle resident concerns.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team activities.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty during rotations and emergencies.
• Contribute to marketing, census development, and community relations.
