Job summary
Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center – Memphis, TN is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 180-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes while fostering staff engagement and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate holds TN LNHA licensure, has at least 1 year of NHA experience in a skilled nursing setting, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and census growth
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Tennessee (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee census development and marketing efforts.
- Monitor financial performance and manage the facility budget.
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
