Job summary
Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 180-bed skilled nursing facility. The LNHA will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee census development and budgeting, and cultivate a culture of outstanding resident care and employee engagement.

- Active Tennessee LNHA license
- Minimum 1 year of NHA experience in skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee census development and marketing efforts
- Monitor financial performance and manage the facility budget
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
