Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center – Memphis, TN is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 180-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes while fostering staff engagement and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds TN LNHA licensure, has at least 1 year of NHA experience in a skilled nursing setting, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and census growth

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Tennessee (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement.

Position Summary:

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.
