As part of our continued commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team.

Position Summary:

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff
