Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to run the campus facilities, interior and exterior. The role requires electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, with strong multitasking and communication skills to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained spaces.

The position involves leading the site Facilities department, coordinating with Production, Engineering, R&D, and EHS, and managing budget, contracts, and regulatory compliance on an industrial campus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management for aerospace/defense or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EHS management in facilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations across production, engineering, and test support.
• Provide leadership for the site Facilities department and develop a world-class team.
• Collaborate with site leadership to support rapid expansion and growth.
• Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utilities.
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
• Coordinate equipment moves and space planning for production areas.
• Source, negotiate, and manage maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget and costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations and teams.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure replenishment.
